Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting Minutes 

City of Porter 

April 22, 2024, 6:00 p.m. 

 

Proxy Mayor Josh Sumption called the local 2025 Board of Appeal & Equalization meeting of the for the City of Porter to order.

Council members present were Kim Jelen, Josh Sumption, and Pat Vlaminck. 

​

Also present were Brian Rosenau, Yellow Medicine County Auditor /Treasurer, Chad  Doose and Jake Erickson, assessors for the City of Porter with Yellow Medicine County.

Reviewed the following:  nothing new within the city regarding sales; Porter did not have any good sales.  No residential or commercial/industrial changes.  Did update the schedule.  Next year Porter has one good sale so far. 

 

A motion was made by Pat Vlaminck, seconded by Kim Jelen to adjourn the meeting at 6:31 pm.  All were in favor with none opposed, and the motion was carried.
