of the City of Porter
Regular Council Meeting
Monday, November 5, 2007
6:30 p.m.
Mayor Donald Verschelde called the regular city council
meeting to order.
Those present were Darlene Moeller, Pat Vlaminck,
Bonnie Olson, Kim Jelen, Don Verschelde and Judy Verschelde.
Also present were Tom Noyes and Jacob Tetrick.
Mayor Donald Verschelde called for the reading of the
October 1, 2007 City Council meeting. Minutes were approved in a motion made
by Pat Vlaminck, seconded by Kim Jelen. All in favor, no one opposed.
The secondary ponds have been discharge. There were
872,000 gallons water used.
A motion was made by Kim Jelen, seconded by Pat
Vlaminck to sell city property to Tom Noyes. All in favor, no one opposed. A
building permit will be issued contingent upon approval by the planning and
zoning committee for Tom Noyes to build a 30 x 50 or 40 x 60 building. This
building will be built by Tom Noyes within 1 year.
A motion was made by Darlene Moeller, seconded by Pat
Vlaminck to approve the bills as read. All in favor, no one opposed.
A motion was made by Kim Jelen, seconded by Darlene
Moeller to adjourn the meeting. All in favor, no one opposed.
